Aligned Mind Shipping Policy
At Aligned Mind, we're dedicated to delivering your products quickly and efficiently, while ensuring a seamless and transparent experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. These are subject to change based on carrier rates and purchase location:
- UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 business days): Starting at $10.86.
- UPS 3 Day Select Shipping (3 business days): Starting at $13.03.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not ship to international destinations. Please check back at a later date for availability.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package. If you don't receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support team.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. If your address is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
